A weak tie is someone you know but not very well.

Let’s say you have 50 people in your weak ties network. Each person in your network also has 50 weak ties, that means you have access to 2,500 people!

That’s 2,500 people with:

  • skills to call upon.
  • diverse perspectives.
  • knowledge you don’t have.
