I like to mix things up. Sometimes I’ll write about the web, sometimes design, sometimes… well random things I’m thinking about at the time. Here’s where I post those random things.

Thats not how you’re supposed to ‘search engine optimise’. You should be on topic all the time. But… too much work and not enough play…

I’m learning bass guitar, as of this writing I’m about 40hrs into 10,000 hour challenge. I thoroughly enjoy playing, it takes me out of my head, but the sub-goal for learning bass is to prove that talent is a myth. And that practise and determination is far more important.

My starting point was absolute zero, I had no rhythm and didn’t even know how to hold a guitar…

Now, I can play Billie Jean fairly well.

I’m interested in self improvement, both physical and mental. I co-run Newquay Handball Club. And I fit it all in around my family life in Cornwall.
